The Isofix Base Root from ABC Design allows you to easily and safely install the car seat Tulip i-Size and the car seat Lily i-Size in your car with just one click.

Time-consuming harnessing of the infant car seat is therefore a thing of the past. Compatibility with both seat models is particularly advantageous if you initially decide in favour of the car seat Tulip and later opt for the Lily as a follow-up seat. Once purchased, the Root Isofix base can then be used for both seats, infant car seat and child car seat.

The base is simply attached to the Isofix retaining brackets of your vehicle. The clever colour control confirms correct installation. The support leg provides additional stability. It is height-adjustable and adapts to your car individually. Once installed, the Tulip i-Size and Lily i-Size can be securely attached with just one click.

This saves time and effort: the baby car seat is simply placed on the base and locks into place automatically. Here too, a colour indicator helps to ensure correct installation so that your baby is always safe when travelling with you.

The practical 360-degree swivel function allows you to place your little one comfortably in the seat or shell. If you turn the seat sideways towards you, it makes it easier for you to put your child in and strap them in. This also means you no longer have to bend into the vehicle.

The swivel lock allows you to lock the seat securely into place, whether in the forward or rearward-facing position. This means you can also use the Lily car seat as a typical reboarder.

The car seat Tulip always travels with you in the car in a rear-facing position and can be removed again in one easy step. The ABC Design Isofix Base Root remains attached in the car.

If you don't need the base, you can simply fold it up and stow it away to save space.
