How to return a product?
Go to https://www.abc design.co.uk/warranty or email customerservice@abcdesign.co.ukFill in the form providing order number, your post code, or email address. Select which products you’d like to return and the reason for returning them. A shipping label will be generated, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email used to place the order. Attach the shipping label to the box. Drop off the parcel at a designated carrier’s drop-off location. Once we have received the product, it will take 5 to 10 days for you to receive the refund. For products purchased at third party retailers, please contact the retailer in the event that you wish to return your product.
Returns Policy
You can return items within 30 days of the purchase date if you’re not 100% satisfied with them. We will refund you the full amount you’ve paid for the product only when you returned it within the 30-day standard period.
What are the conditions for return of a product?
The product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrapping) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit.
